Just moved to Lincoln. Beautiful city, looking forward to the Christmas market.

And if you get bored or thirsty, a golf themed fetish bar has just opened on the High Street called Glory Holes. I wish I was making this up, but I'm not.

You could go for a hole in one.

Went once and it was horrific. Absolutely snided. Came out after 5 minutes of being bumped around every 10 seconds

Never really seen the point of them!? Barely being able to move amongst tonnes of other people looking at stalls selling tat. Queuing for ages for a hot chocolate or mulled wine that you could take in a flask anyway.

I used to go every year as I went uni there. Recently it's just got too busy in my opinion unless you are willing to get up early and go first thing on the Thursday or Friday while others are working. Not as nice to go at that time though as is much nicer in the evening when the castle and cathedral are lit up.

In recent years it's just been so so busy, we found ourselves unable to browse and look at stuff as we were just ushered around by the crowd.

We stopped going and go Chatsworth one instead which is much better. If you opt for Chatsworth though do not park on site there, use pay and display down road in baslow.
