    Would be a great signing for sure. He’s had a very good start to the season with us. No doubt we’ll dilly about and someone else will snap him up, such is the way.

    You can tell Roberts is that bit older and wiser imo. Loved him from day 1, took the time to come out early after half time and clap the ponty end the first time he was at Oakwell.

    Can in January like when Man United called Drinkwater back from his season long loan, to sell to Leicester. The way he's playing for us he will be catching the eye of other teams, so Boro might decide to cash in with someone in January, knowing he would only have half a season left on his contract.

    It wouldn't make sense for Boro to keep their in form keeper out on loan all season and then lose him for nothing.

    Yes I remember the Drinkwater business, he had a great game at Leicester (won 2-1) and it was largely due to that game that Leicester bought him. Odds on that Roberts will be gone in January then. :(
