    I personally think our way of handling transfers(The Plan(tm)) will work better with a foreign coach in charge of on field affairs.

    The "Director of Football"/"Head of Recruitment" system is relatively new to English football, but is widely deployed on the continent which means our J.M.(the real J.M. as opposed to that poor man's Keith Hill, Jose Mourino) could have plenty of experience working this way...
