Unfortunately history shows he is injury prone and misses games nearly every season for the last 10 years due to injuries. That will probably go against him getting a big move to a top club on top money. When I look at his injury record I can’t help think perhaps he needs to become a Ledley King or Paul McGrath type player who needs to be rested and minimal training to protect his body from breaking down. Agree probably best for him to go to somewhere like Spain where it would take less toll on him and still to a good standard.
