I agree he hasn't had a lot to do but there's not much he can do about that. The few times he has had something to do he's done exactly what he's paid to do which is keep the round thing out of the net. And that is something that Radlinger has completely failed at doing no matter how little he's had to do in games.

We should never have signed two senior keepers this season, all it's done is push back Walton's development and ironically the signing of an older player has lowered the chances of our owners making money on one of the young players

I'm not downplaying anything. I'm saying we defended well.

He is able to catch a cross in the air so the puts him above radlinger. Didnt have a massive amount to do but did his job well with no **** ups for 2 games on the spin another thing radlinger struggled with. Only downside He is obviously been instructed by struber to play short balls and build play from the back but 9 times out of 10 in causes us trouble needs to pack that in.

Yes - his distribution was very poor.
Long balls sent out wide that invariably went into touch - why FFS !?!?!
If yer going long it needs to be central.
Goalkeeper is the first line of attack - Walton needs to understand that.

It's much more common for long balls from the keeper to go wide. Which allows for a diagonal flick on or for running through the channels rather than having to beat the centre backs head on

He seemed to be aiming for Jacob Brown out wide each time. I think most ended up over his head out of play. I heard at one time someone shout something like 'hit Jacob'. Ended up in row C of the West Stand. I do agree about going long down the centre from the keeper. But also Walton is conflicted in the way Struber wants the ball played out from the back. Another option is a short one to Anderson and then he plays the long ball to the opposite flank, which we have seen the odd goal from this season.

Exactly this. No team just punt it down the middle anymore.

You get your target man, in our case Jacob Brown, to pull wide and you try to hit him with the ball. Conditions weren't great at all yesterday for kicking which people aren't taking in to consideration it seems.

Sorry, has it been mentioned why he has suddenly become number 1 after not featuring all season?

Think Collins had some sort of an injury?
