Neither Real or Bayern are a patch on the Barcelona, Real & Bayern sides in the late 90’s though, throw in a very fine Juventus and at the time excellent Valencia also and an honourable mention for Dortmund too. History supports it too, in recent years English teams have dominated European competitions even when not winning them reaching latter stages regularly. I’m not disparaging Man City results just saying in my opinion European football was harder back in the late 90’s than currently.
Great to see. A quality player who just is himself and doesn't try to hide it through being bland due to too much media training.
