It upsets me how far behind Millwall we look

    "Unsustainable".

Here we are, waiting for the tide to go out. Pretending other clubs won't adapt. Einstein, and all that.

Interesting choice of image for someone who throws around accusations of racism...

    Hello Steve.

I don't throw accusations of racism around, or at least I don't think i do.

But i am quite prepared to say sorry if you can prove otherwise.

My post that you quote was in relation to our coach's selection of a certain player. I haven't seen anything as yet to justify said player's selection. And I tied it into the present world.

    Is (attempted) humour dead?

Yup! I mean, yeah he’s a decent player, but where did £1m come from.

Most of us knew there was a player there, but if we’d have signed him, we’d have accused the board of wasting £1m......

Just shows the gulf, or the debt some of our rivals run at......

We looked miles behind them today, they should have won and we are league one bound are rightly so, substandard all over the pitch I’m afraid.

They’re going to be in the championship and we’re going to be in league one, so there’s 6 million at least we don’t have.

Yeah I wouldn’t have minded him permanently but not for that amount, maybe half of it.

Half of it would have been over the odds. Average player.

As much as I could jump on the ‘Ritz Dire’ bandwagon I think there’s a lot of people not seeing what he brings to the team in terms of how he helps us keep our shape.

I think he’s been terrible. Don’t get me wrong. But he slots in where he is needed. He doesn’t impact on games like I would want him to, at all, but I can see what Struber sees in him because of his positional sense.

it isn’t sexy. It isn’t what most fans recognise and like. But he has played in a team that’s conceded minimal chances in two games and two clean sheets. I think that says a lot more than what people are giving credit for

Shape might be great but his output is terrible he gives the ball away time and time again.

I don’t necessarily disagree, as the words in my post prove, I’m just offering an alternative view.

He had good moments in the first half. As a team we had limited positive moves, but the two or three we did he was involved in.
