In 30 years of supporting BFC that was the worst I’ve ever seen us play.........

    Johnson turned nothing around. He’s a perennial failure as every other job he’s had has shown.

    Hecky got us promoted. Johnson turned the best team we have had in recent years into bottom of the table in L1 and unwatchable. Nice chap though speaks well and is very personable.

    Wilson’s 2nd tenure was also pretty dull but he started the season with 5 professionals a week before kick off so had a much harder job than inherited a team with Conor and Winnall in it. But yeah his teams were dull too.

    both have nothing on Poya or Schopp. Horrendous to watch in every game other than the first half against QPR.

    Wilsons best days in management were gone when he came to us i was as happy as ever when he did but it was downhill from there. He had conor and winnall luke berry and then brought in scowen and left him on the bench. When he left we hadnt won a away game for 4 months he then went to Chesterfield and didnt do well there either.

    Agree it was nothing like poya or schopp produced.

    I must admit it was tempting to go back into the Dome for a few more beers.

    The worst game I have ever witnessed is the Swansea home game this season, terrible, but downright bizarre. Others;

    Donny away 2005 & 06 & 15
    Millwall home 2018 (freezing)
    Reading away 2010 I think it was, Chris Wood up front ffs.

    It's definitely up there.

    Altrincham away and Fleetwood at home in 2015 still just about top it for me.

    Sheffield United at home under little Lee. Think we lost one or two nil, which effectively ended any hopes of a late play-off push. Absolutely no fight in us whatsoever.

    Sunderland away under Andy Ritchie was bad too. Nick Colgan was sublime that day, otherwise it could have been embarrassing.

    I once saw us collapse away at Ipswich too under Simon Davey. We made Frannie Jeffers look like Karim Benzema that day.

    Sheffield United at home losing 2 nil was nothing compared to what we had endured previously in the same season.
