This will be worth a watch in the morning. The first tweet reply is interesting. Moderna tested their vaccine on younger people so I wonder if it will be saved for secondary/high school pupils to get them safely back to school sooner.
I don't know all the details, but yes she does the lesson plans etc - she is 'the special needs unit'. There was talk years ago of her getting qualified, and despite her age, there's been more talk again recently as she's taken on some extra responsibilities this year (beyond the special needs - but I can't recall the details)

Congratulations. You might (or might not) want to consider looking into constructive dismissal. Being forced into a situation that is unsafe against your wishes would certainly qualify as that - especially as you were able to work from home.
