Big lil used to go when it was still the ritz. I can only really remember the Odeon but I think that might be simply because I never ventured out to town end.
it was just unfortunate that it happened on the first night that lots of UK users were legally using the service. I subscribed to the service for the whole of last season and this problem never occurred. I honestly couldn't be arsed complaining about missing 2 mins of a match and wanting a refund even though i also missed the goal. Loads of times tv companies have technical problems and i dont think about phoning or emailing them
Here endeth the sketch and now for something completely different. The Queens Own McKamikaze Highlanders. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
I'm a big fan and advocate of superior customer service. I'm also quite fond of good customer service. Having issue with log in several times with iFollow, delayed audio commentary and sometimes even the wrong match audio the levels of service haven't been consistently good. I complain when there is something to complain about and its a valid level of feedback. Its important that companies know what the customer experience is and also what issues exist with their service. Rarely do i ask for compensation or money back as i give the company a chance to learn and improve. The video stream issues were the last straw for me. The 4.49 per month service hasn't delivered great content to be fair and a tenner for what would have been great coverage until a) we lost the stream for first part of 2nd half including the goal PLUS the returning stream was then delayed much more and the clock showed nearly 3 mins out from the live action then i felt the need to complain (again). The poor response then led me to cancel.
Agree with this. Do we even know it was the fault of iFollow? I was under the impression that the home team takes charge of the video feed, but I could be wrong.
