    I used to go to work on that bus when I first left school , getting on at Hoyland Common & getting off between Chapletown & Ecclesfield , happy days ! Regarding the Izal toilet paper, it had smooth side & a rough side but using it wasn"t a pleasant experience , not for the faint hearted !

    The problem with Izal paper was it was smooth and sh.it certainly didn't stick !

    They passed each other at the bus stops near Moor Top Farm Shop (It was Townends Farm at the time) in Hemsworth at 20 to each hour if I remember correctly

    No mate. it just spread the thing it was meant to clean. Newspaper was far more friendly. Especially with pictures of Tories. :)

    On an aside mate. 10p from womwell to hemsworth. Before it went on to Upton. Cost me a damn sight more to then get to fev from hemsworth. Wonder who killed the South Yorkshire cc and SYPTE subsidised fares. 1 guess.

    It was mate I’d forgot that. We used to get to Sheffield from jump in my early years. Takes 1/2hr longer to get tut tarn now.

    Used to go ont 9 o clock 70 to Sheffield have a cuppa int bus Station me and mi mate and then back ont 11 o clock and home for dinner. Wasn`t a bad way to wag school in the winter months.
