    Doncaster has vaccinated over 150,000 people since it started, none of those vaccinated have died of Covid or been hospitalised.

    The oxford vaccine reduces transmission by up to 67% according to current stats published in the Lancet. They are saying that its somewhere close to 100% effective against serious illness and death.

    I got my first dose of the vaccine just over 3 weeks ago and even that lifted my spirits and made me feel more relaxed and confident over being in places like the supermarket.
    Health issues swayed my behaviour massively. Now glad to getting back to a bit more normality. My second jag and the pubs opening again will be a great boost.
    I must thank BBS and everyone on it for helping keep me entertained throughout. You have all been great company.
    And the copious tins of Tennent’s Lager consumed also helped immensely.

    Colleague's cousin, female, 34 has got the Covid19 quite bad, in hospital with scarring on the lungs. This is after getting the vaccine. Works in a care home mind. Must be unlucky looking at the figures generally.

    A lad who works in our bank was off for quite a long time ( not sure how long) he's just come back to work and told me he still feels rough, but the worst symptom, in his own words is that he feels as though his heart hurts when he's in bed...only 23yrs old too.
