    We seemed to come off quite well on 5 Live. It was all about how swiftly and decisively the club had acted. I think we've done very well in our efforts to make sure this doesn't reflect badly on Barnsley FC.

    The response I've seen and heard on social media and radio from rival supporters and journalists has been very fair overall and quite positive towards the club and the decisive action taken. How long it'll be in people's minds is questionable, but I can tell you that it was the main topic of conversation at the Royal Society of Medicine in London at lunchtime when I was there with work. No idea how many are into football, but very few of them who weren't aware of Tommy Wright and Barnsley FC!
