I ended up in the home end too but in the corner near where the Town fans were making all the noise. Noisy bunch them lot whilst our fans looked a bit flat, especially first half.

It's always interesting sitting with the opposite supporters (only done it a couple of times mind). There were three or four blatant fouls from them in the second half that should have all been yellow cards, but they were up in arms shouting at the ref. Ironic cheers everytime he gave them anything. Crazy. Also had to remember to fake cheer the winner as it was a bit too tasty near me to be outed as a Barnsley fan!

As for the game I thought Huddersfield were far better than you're giving them credit for. Didn't find their football boring to watch at all and thought their wide players threatened regularly and the front two linked up really well with some good passing. But for all their possession and territory I only remember Davies making one save - and what a save it was. A couple were straight at him, but they didn't actually have many shots on target did they?

Different team second half but we got tired. Almost every other team in the league chopped and changed their side in the last week where as we've rolled out the same XI for each game, and it showed.

Can't fault the effort and some of the football second half. Hammill is struggling adapting to the Championship, but not in terms of his ability just some of his decision making. He's still a massive threat, but this isn't League One standard anymore and he needs to learn to release the ball quicker sometimes and also run past their full back in to space now and again.

Two wins from four and in both away games we've struck back after going behind. All good and if Payne had have scored we'd have been top of the league on Saturday.
