The mismanagement though is created by the severe lack of funds. If the targets are all about cost saving rather than care, then the managers will only act in that way. The managers are acknowledging the behaviours which is created by continuous cuts to services.
There’s a distinction between reducing immigration and reducing the number of people working. We currently have over a million people out if work, not sure how many are immigrants but as you all seen to believe that they don't come here for the benefits then it cant be many can it.
What I believe will happen is this. The Tories have deliberately run down the NHS over the years - they have been in Government for about 30 of the last 40 years so what has gone wrong lies firmly at their door. When it becomes so difficult for them to employee staff (as it is now), they will come back to us and say - "we have tried everything we can but we can't get the staff to work in the NHS - everyone is working for the private sector. However, never mind, we have arranged with the Private Healthcare providers a great deal for you the British Public, and we will cut your National Insurance (sound familiar?) so that you can now afford it - everyone can afford it. They will subsidise the Private Healthcare with our money, but gradually the subsidies will get less, the private premiums will increase, and before we know it we will have a Trumpist system. Am I being a conspiracy theorist ? Or can any of this scenario happen?
Start yes but after the last 10 years of cuts it's way too late to be a solution. I'm confused now....are they here claiming benefits or here pinching jobs and lowering wages ?
How are you limiting the number of people here without limiting the number of people available to work? you’re talking in riddles Trixie for info, a million unemployed rounds to a government description of full employment. I don’t have the official stats to hand but feel free to knock one out at the ONS website.
Wouldn't mind Josh returning, although his dad was a pain at times. Still prefer Brad though, a mountain in midfield, another undisclosed giveaway, probably.
I notice you didn't acknowledge my post that showed this is UK policy implemented by the tory policy and isn't EU policy
I disagree to a large extent. The manager's I see, the one's who snarl "deal with it" and "sleep them in the tv room" are protecting their own interests only. You know, the one's who then retire with a big fat pension only to return 2 weeks later in a made up cushy 2 days a week job. This is no exaggeration.
Lack of funds compounded by mismanagement of the same. There are NHS trusts/CCGs with artwork worth a couple of million dotted around the buildings as an example. What should the money be spent on? A 100k water feature or retaining staff.
To qualify to come into the UK all immigrants must be diagnosed schitzophrenic (state of the country at the minute they must be bl00dy stupid )
Put a massive and I mean massive tax on sugar. The cost of type 2 diabetes is huge and is caused by the consumption of huge quantities of sugar by people who live sedentary lifestyles.
