    today might have been a good start instead of just the last 25 minutes for mcburnie mind. He shouldve been in from the off if williams warranted coming back in for mallan by the head coach to form an ultra defensive midfield. Very negative, it must change from now on or we will get relegated.

    Hecky in until next January - if we scrape through this year or go down whichever and are still poor first half of next season then that should be it as that is enough in current times to give anybody to be able to progress this team.
    We have potentially a decent squad of players which should run in theory (spreadsheet) away with league 1 or be comfortable championship mid table then looking to progress from then on.
    He needs like all managers enough support from his staff, the board, the players and supporters as with out all of them it's a struggle and obviously at present some of that support is missing.
