Fantastic idea. Thanks for sharing and thanks to everyone involved. Some of the comments on this thread are beyond bizzare. This is a brilliant initiative and all thanks to Whitey for sharing. Some of you need to have a word with yourself. Put your petty agendas to one she and just say thanks occasionally.
Not been aware of the functionality of YouTube is not not understanding something The club officials response to the feed back from other users was concerning. The person says they work in the media department. Which is about communication. Communication is a two way process, yet constructive feedback wad met with sarcasm and arrogance. Is this what fans can expect under the Linton brown regime? We have a superb team a magnificent manager who is a great communicator. An owner / benefactor who is a great communicator and then we have a club official who responds to feed back with sarcastic arrogance. Has this person set out on a single handed Misson to undo all the excellent work and things the club have introduced
Why resort to the personal? Praise the idea and support the initiative. You make very positive noises about the team why be negative and obsessed with side issues when this is a great thing to support?
Seriously what personal? I provided feedback with regard to the subtitles which I know understand is YouTube functionality. I was met with a volley of sarcasm Yes it's a terrific idea. But YouTube subtitle functionality is a proper laugh
It's early in the morning I'm searching the cafes of Brighton for some product that originated from a pig rather than an Alfafa sprout so I have no desire to get in a long running circular seemingly endless discussion with you but you hijacked a positive story which reflects well on the club and everyone involved with daft digs at the video then backtracked when you realised that the club had not added the subtitles. Anyhoo I'm off to spend an obscene amount of money on breakfast in your honour. Would probably keep you afloat for months. Onwards and upwards.
- Paint the walls - Brick the huge gaping hole up at the back of the East lower concourse - Make the bars indoor ones, breeze block around them, plaster, paint and interior seating and you'll sell beer in the winter then and not just 6 games a season. Minimal outlay, maximum profits.
It's not really about though is it. It's a boutique creating a memory wall and engaging with tge community based mental health services provided by swynhs trust
Couldn't agree more it's a fantastic idea that the club are trying to embrace the community particularly those you fall under swy NHS trust.
Might not have been clear but I was talking about the subtitles automatically generated by Youtube that Tyrone was moaning about
Great idea by the club. Thanks for letting everyone know Whitey and promoting some of the great positive things the club are doing. Also thanks for offering the opportunity for fans to engage on this project. Shame that the responses go off track, lose sight of the intent. A good example of why using the BBS as a means of engagement between club officials and fans is risky.
I think posters should spend their Friday evenings either on the lash or on here...don't mix the two. Reading this thread has not improved my hangover...laughing hurts at the mo.
