    Like the person/s who dictated he must wait 4 weeks for an xray?
    The individual who miss-placed his personal nhs file thus delaying any movement in his treatment?

    What Jay is saying is that he doesn't want compensation or that he holds his employers responsible at any time , in fact he's praised them . He just simply wanted his stitches taken out by a nurse/doctor and that he wants to put the whole experience behind him . Get a taxi home next time Jay , the town centre is a scary place after dark .

    If you dont want to raise a complaint (and it is several different parts of the NHS), then it might be worth dropping your MP a line. This is clearly a failure of governance and should be sorted from the top.
