That interview with Cryne suggested that we're happy to let his contract run down as he's vital for the team and we've got good value from him over the last few years. If he goes it would have to be a good offer, and we wouldn't dare let him leave without any replacement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
£2 million isn't a lot in today's market. With the money from Mawson and Stones then there is no need to sell. Have him for the season and let him leave for free.
Really can't see hourihane being sold. Cryne has stated on many occasions that we're happy to let his contract run down. If we were happy to sell think we'd have done it this window Sent from my Kestrel using Tapatalk
Exactly this. Apologies, failed to read this post before just posting something identical! Sent from my Kestrel using Tapatalk
Maybe your right just speculating I thought the idea was sell for profit and then find another talent having said that we don't need to sell and Connor has paid for his self really with a big part in promotion and the jpt and a big hit this season 200k was a bargain. Rather him sign a new deal though but can't see it.
Yeah I think that is the idea but as you say in relation to Connor we've already had our worth from what we paid and he could be the difference between staying up and going down. We'll see when it comes to January i guess! Sent from my Kestrel using Tapatalk
Depends how much a team wants him tbf . Whether they offer good money to BFC for permission talk to him and turn his head in their favour or take their chances in a free for all in June. Their call.
