    Absolutely and it's wrong. The team calling off a game shouldn't be at an advantage. It should be a level playing field. The rules should state you can only play players who were available for you when the tie was originally scheduled so no new signings, no players back from suspension and no players back from injury.

    It works both ways though, they may have a player who is now injured or suspended that was available in the original.
