https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/11767...-distancing-monday-boosting-hopes-rest-world/ Brilliant news for New Zealand and shows all the struggling countries like our own what is achieveable.
why the continual links to the flu. It is nothing like the flu in any way shape of form so the comparison is meaningless.
Problem is they had their **** together from the start. We are months and months away from that I think.
We made mistakes and New Zealand did great but helped by very few people living on a very large piece of land. I agree we are months away. August at the earliest but probably September. No wait with how we went level 4 to 1 overnight I predict social distancing stopped by July.
Even if it was true that Vaccinations cause autism, which by the way, IT IS NOT, you fuckìng idiot. Why would you prefer your child to be dead than be autistic?
Just read today that the economic forecast for Vietnam has been downgraded due to COVID to just 2.7% growth this year. On top of 0 deaths. Taiwan is looking at a 0.5% fall in GDP this year - mainly due to a lack of travel and private spending - with 7 deaths. Some governments deserve a lot of praise for their actions. Others much less so.
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...rance-italy-and-the-netherlands-idUSKBN23K0HW https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1...vid19-oxford-university-trials-drug-treatment It all sounds more and more promising. If people don't want to take it then that should be their choice if they want to risk passing it on or catching it badly. I wouldn't make it mandatory because people should get to choose. It's great to see so many different countries wanting it such as those in the European Union. It is however amusing that China and Russia want to make a deal for it when you think of our issues with said countries.
Not so difficult to believe. Given we sell arms to rogue nations. Great news if true mate. I’ll be first in the queue. after the red Condition mindst.
Yeah I don't recommend searching the word Yemen on Twitter as what the arms we've sold to Saudi Arabia is doing in that country is the forgotten war. I would happily have a vaccine. I trust the experts to not give something out that's not safe and the vaccines I have had growing up haven't given me any reason not to trust them with this. They will have known it works probably sometime in April. Everyone in phase 1 has to take a weekly test for a year. So the few thousand who got given it you're talking around five figures worth of results after a month or so and from that they would have had a pretty good idea. It's the safety side that will be what's being kept an eye on the most. It was for people between 18-55 so even though that isn't the most high risk group I wonder if it will be those people who get it first and those younger and older have to wait for phase 2 and 3 results that they are involved in. I would be surprised if it's one vaccine fits all. I suspect older people might need a bigger dose for example. Hopefully it's a once in a lifetime one and not something we have to have yearly for the rest of our lives (although that would be better than currently).
