I used to get my class to play Bulldog as a warm up activity :D I also used to be the only teacher who got out the climbing apparatus and the ropes. The apparatus was absolutely filthy and was covered in staples from all the backing that had been attached from Christmas productions, it took me around 2 hours after school to get it cleaned up and safe to use ready for PE. I could never convince any of the other teachers to get them out though which was a shame and they looked at me like I'd got two heads when I said I used the ropes regularly too.

Me too. I could never understand the kids who climbed up the rope ladders and then just sat there. It was much more fun tearing around, risking life and limb. :)

That game never reached Royston Comprehensive, luckily.

However, has anyone witnessed a game of ‘flaming arseholes’ being played? Most entertaining to watch, though that was very much a University game rather than a school one...

Do you think anyone would mind if I popped round and had a play on the apparatus? I could happily spend all my weekends just climbing up and down

In that case have you got anything good to play on at the new school? I'll be happy just to play with one of those paper cutters with the roller or even a laminator

Your challenge for when you go back to school is borrow the badge making machine and make yourself a jamdrop badge
