    I’ve never heard of legitimate fraud, sounds interesting. Surely to use fraud as a defence, you’d have to point to the fact that it has been proven in a court of law that a fraud has occurred, not just your belief that one has occurred?

    The only crumb of comfort I can take at the moment is the number of alleged ITK Wigan twitter accounts that have been posting "it's the club that's important, not the league we are in" messages in the last 24 hours.

    Yes, and the problem is that overturning for that reason is you're surely inviting any other owners to "sell the club fraudulently".

    When I pointed out this lack of due diligence on Wigan's part, a fan replied that the owner basically sold it to himself. Choi was the majority shareholder in the company buying it.
