it seems you can apparently work from home if you work for Deform, but not if you work for one of their councils.

I think I might apply to be the Reform candidate for Barnsley. Country is wrecked. Labour and Tories are useless. Too many immigrants ruining our lives. British culture is being ruined. Easy!!

Very clever move getting Campbell on board. He’s like a God in Hull even if his political knowledge is very questionable

I think starmer is shitting himself. Saw a interview of his after some waffle about we are making progress and change but after these results we need it to happen faster.

I'd prefer an elected head of state, at least they have to be elected rather than gaining the position solely due to who they fell out of.

Yes there's a risk that we'd end up with Farage but equally if Charlie had had an accident in younger life we'd have King Nonce.

Given the monarch is basically symbolic only I think it'd be better to have the role be democratic rather than perpetuating the idea that some people are innately better than others and born with the right to rule.

He’s never had any kind of strategy beyond crushing the left with the media’s help. Now they’ve turned on him & people would rather have the real thing when it comes to being anti-immigration which is why Reform are soaring in popularity.

Are they anti- immigration, anti- asylum seekers? I’m confused as some of their people say they’re not against immigration per se. Also, are folk who vote for them admitting they only care about immigration and all the other ‘stuff’ is of much less relevance?

I’m not sure to be honest. From people I’ve spoke to who are voting for them it just seems to be a general apathy about living standards & immigration & wanting any kind of change.

I just think Starmer tried to talk tough on immigration & thought he would cut through with voters on it but I think there’s a general distrust towards Labour with anything immigration related since the Blair era & it didn’t work.
