    I'd say Mowatt was our biggest asset if valued on week by week contribution.

    If by any chance we do stop up and see some progression next year and i say if.what are you all going to moan about.Maybe it will be the grass is too green so sack the groundsman.

    It’s all about opinions.
    IMO - Mowatt isn’t quick enough for the Championship.
    If he plays he needs to try and play to his strengths by making himself available to pick up passes from defence and use his skills to pick out and pass to the forward players.
    His ability to tackle, dribble or be an all round midfielder isn’t there - but he can pass a ball.

    Given room - McPhail could kill the opposition with his ability to put forwards in on goal.
    Mowatt is a similar type of player and could learn something from how McPhail made himself available on the pitch.

    Deep midfielder.
    Pirlo style.

    Didnt red rain inform us , in one of finance appraisals ...say we had to produce (sell) £1million quid per year to be sustainable, that could have been in league one too?

    Our game plan is all about closing & passing & there is a reason Mowatt is our most popular player, along side of Woodrow
    He doesn't need pace in his position. The back 4 do & the keeper & the holding midfielder, currently Halme. So do one member of the attack, currently Chaplin, who has done brilliantly.

    You think mowatt doesn’t find space?

    You mean mcsnail as some nicknamed him?

    How many assists has mowatt got this season in a poor team?
