    It's a good point and I want to state that no malice is intended in the question.

    I'm asking out of curiosity and from a human interest perspective. I agree that it has nothing to do with his abilities to run the club but I wonder if his experiences can maybe help make the club become more diverse and inclusive?

    I do admit I have been presumptuous in the original phrasing and maybe should have phrased the question:
    Did you have to overcome any prejudices growing up in Sweden or playing in America? If so, how has this shaped your outlook on life and football?
