    He just seems to want to play 6 or 7 defenders / CDM's. Trying to shoehorn them all in. It's not working, when does he realise it's not working? Probably end of June when he's looking for another job......

    Spot on mate. We're short in defence and midfield in terms of solidarity. It can't be helped. Go more attacking instead of giving players roles they aren't comfortable with.

    If it's about getting minutes on the pitch, perhaps it would be better giving those minutes to people who are actually in the squad.

    I watched under 21s a lot under Southgate and thought he was a useful coach.
    He cant be no worse than the dross we have had in the past.
    Theres always big Sam available and Roy ! ! .
    I think we have a decent chance with plenty of young hungry footballers in the squad.
    We have 6 or 7 waiting to come in,including Stonesy who I'm hoping as a good tournament.
