    I think it probably would. Real question is whether this would have happened if the IPL was starting a week later.

    What's pissed me off most is the players and the charade that Test cricket is the pinnacle. It isn't. Making money is through lucrative pyjama cricket.

    Before they sold their souls they grew up dreaming of representing their countries in whites playing with a red ball in a test match.

    The only thing that's changed is money.

    What's transpired today is a massive nail in the coffin of what they "infer" they're trying to preserve.
