Donovan Pines

I liked the lad & he was exactly what we needed last season & I was gutted when he got that bad injury.

I still think it was more than just ability that affected him this season.

The Donovan Pines that put his head on everything last season was not the Donovan Pines that was letting balls bounce this season. For whatever reason it didn’t feel like he was in the right head space the longer the season went on which was strange as he didn’t start the season badly.

I hope he does well in the future.

You can't not love Donny, seems a lovely fella with a great attitude. Unfortunately not quite up to the standard over his time with us. I wish him all the best in his future ventures though.

 

Lovely, likeable, genuine man. He never really seemed to recover after his serious injury. I wish all the best in the future.

 

I think that he was hugely out of his league here but he has a great attitude. I think he could have a really successful career as a coach because he's got such a positivity about him.
