    But why did the BMA stand by and watch when the Tories were in power, and eroding their members pay?

    I suppose you could be right. If I was a junior doctor, I'd be asking a few questions, the first one being Why?
    The second one, is the reason political.
    Imagine that, people dying so the BMA can push a political agenda.
