Do you think we'll be still working to "the plan" in January

    The mirror is a piece of sh!te, as bad as the sun, star, express, mail or times. Trotting out some stuff from the press conference. I'm pretty clear Conway & the board will have their own ideas, but won't reveal their hand too much. They like the "plan" as a concept, but surely the last 12 months has been a major **** up in terms of players released & signed. Ideology is on it's own tyranny.

    The new board are hardly likely to tell us what they are going to spend or they would soon lose any credibility.
    The plan is to purchase young improvable talent with maximum sell-on value and this strategy along with good data analysis is what they appear to believe in.

    However if for whatever reason our attempt to get the right players in this time as been a bit hit n miss it may mean that we have to look higher up the spreadsheet in January. We would still be working to the same plan but may not necessarily achieve the same outcome profit - wise but could possibly maintain our current Championship status. The board have set this as their current objective so I believe appropriate steps will be taken.
