    Looked a tired team yesterday. Can’t afford any more weak defensive performances, so Williams back in defence and either Pines or MDG in centre. Looks like we have to settle in to 5th place now, rotate the squad and hope the four teams above us slip up.

    Yes, got a feeling JW will be back on on the right of a back 3 again if the Pines rumours are to be believed. Definitely a tired looking team but that’s to be expected when back up options are so poor. Let down by shocking recruitment….

    Why on earth does it look like we 'have to settle for 5th'? When we could be 2 points off 2nd after game in hand. Its completely laughable how quick our own fans write us off. :D

    Easy option would be to go 4 at the back if pines is out for rest of season

    I thought that 4 games into the season so I doubt that is going to happen at this late stage.

    Not sure why Collins would lie on that. I think they genuinely don’t know how long he will be out. If he did something against Bolton but carried on I’d be surprised if he is out for 2 months but it’s possible I suppose.
    Be good if the source of the “out for the season” claim can give us some reliable source for it

    So, if it's right, Pines got injured against Bolton but we haven't taken him off , even though McCart was on the bench, now he's out for the season?

    You’ve had quite a few ‘mares’ on here in recent months. Off the top of my head: McCart going back, Nombe, Niall Ennis, Arblaster.

    You could do with getting one right. I hope this isn’t it with Pines though, for the sake of the rest of our season.

    Next two games without Kane, if we have lost Pines as well we could be in trouble. Just at the time when we need to make a push.

    We agreed with rotherham for him to go back in relation to McCart he did what Mcatee did and said he wanted to stay Nombe chose rotherham over us last minute Ennis chose stoke over us last minute both for championship football and as for arblaster that wasn’t ITK just read it on Twitter so posted it in the rumours thread but in regards to pines it came from Donovan himself so it’d be hard to say it’s not true
