It's the excrement ...the phlegm that will find its way into his food .....too....even if segregated one of them that's in for life will want to enhance their reputation and no doubt attack him..... Having watched time and other such programs on being inside I shudder at the very thought of what he will face.....rather him than me.... That said the sympathy must lie with the victims family.....they've got a life sentence of loss and emotional heartache to face daily ..
Mmmm, so kicking an incapicitated person in the head so hard it left imprints isn't classed as an intended act of causing harm or death. What did he think it would achieve.
I have no sympathy at all but the fact is if you beat the **** out of someone on a night out that results in them dying it is more likely you will be sent down for manslaughter than murder due to difficulty in proving intent. Don't shoot the messenger.
