Do China have massive issues, or do the governments of most other countries have massive issues to deal with? (Or, more likely, *both* are true)

If a serial burglar is released from prison, is it the fault of the prison when he breaks into your house, or is it your fault for leaving your house unlocked, and an expensive car outside?

Our governments knew this was coming in January, but ignored it and now they are trying to blame others instead of themselves.

All are true. China as a government and society clearly has some massive social issues to deal with around its treatment, storage, trade and selling of animals for what they see as traditional medicine or food. Or they can't keep their bio weapons safe.

And yes, too many governments, including ours, sat around watching this unfold for way too long whilst taking zero actions to mitigate its spread.
