I don't want to be pedantic, but the only player of note we sold in that January transfer window was Ricardo Vaz Te. There was a release clause in his contract, which allegedly his agent asked for, or else he wouldn't have signed. Danny Drinkwater went back to Man Utd, and all of the other players we lost around that time, were through injury. We also let Goran Lovre and Danny Haynes go in that window, neither were first team regulars.
Keith Hill told Vaz Te to find another club before the Leeds game that’s why he went and to be fair that’s Probably why his form picked up dramatically
http://barnsleyfc.org.uk/index.php?posts/2529198 I did this if the link works. Based on what I could gather in that thread. Nobody challenged or corrected me, so maybe I did get it right....
That Thats what I said? The club is the 80/20 split if they took the £2 million out and split then the money has come from the club and not the 80% who owe the Crynes.
We don't know what's happening behind the scenes but as far as I am concerned it's extremely disconcerting that if true, our Board have so far reneged on a payment to the Crynes which was part and parcel of the original takeoveragreement and for the sake of future harmony, it needs sorting a.s.a.p
