Can you quote the test match attendances in England please?

T20 isn’t cricket and don’t get me started on the hundred!

Herbert and his dog was the clincher . Btw I'm currently watching a brilliant entertaining Test match, England are 140-6 but Moeens at the crease so owt can happen .

Yes, I cringed several times at Moeens lack of technique to short pitch bowling. I like the look of Foakes, seen him a few times and Surrey and been impressed with him.

Why would I want to research the test match attendances in England when I'm currently watching the cricket . I'm sad but not that sad . Test match attendances are holding up in England because we see it as an 'occasion', a good day out, unfortunately we can't be one eyed on this because attendances have dropped significantly in other countries . No i don't have the data, I just see empty stadiums when they used to be full.

I can't say what its like outside London, but I cant even remember the results of any of the games. I do recall it being a great way of having a few beers (well kind of) after work hopefully in nice weather and getting the chance to get a free tshirt that was made in some banana republic for 1.2p.

If it gets the young 'uns involved after school I can't see the problem . There's no way the kids are going to watch a test match like we did . The world is a changing .

Didn't do me any harm I was an expert at waggin it, and as for drinking the young uns just don't do it any more . They are the most boring generation in modern history . I should know I've got one . Non drinking, non smoking, no drugs(I hope) . My daughter used to text me from the other room to put the kettle on .They're refered to as snowflakes but in reality they're more like zombies . Dull as dish watter the lot of them .

I'm sure he plays by numbers, his hoiked 6 earlier was dicey, nowhere near the pitch of it to cover potential turn.... luckily it didn't. He's a very flaky player, but not one I'd pick.

All day every day. Test cricket is no place for mentally weak cricketers.

That's the reason I asked . I've argued this for a while but everyone I've debated this with thinks I'm mental . He's just so unpredictable and there's no room for that . They say he's a team player but what the hell does that mean when you bag a pair?
