Two points dropped again for me. That’s four lost this week. Forest are abysmal and it’s hard to see them stopping up
Especially when he’s gave absolutely **** loads of fouls against us for it already. Weirdly the one he didn’t see was the only genuine foul he didn’t give.
Bad corner. Late in games- out swingers with everyone rushing in, not jostling in 6 yard box. Schoolboy stuff, that.. On the plus side- we’re unbeaten in 3. Yaaay.
Well that was absolutely dreadful. The style of play is ok when it’s successful but very painful to watch when it isn’t.
If the results and performances since the turn of the year haven't convinced the board that we lack quality and goal threat in the final third and that we need to sign players for now not just tomorrow to fix it nothing will. And for god's sake just occasionally keep the bloody ball on the floor we looked more of a threat when we did it's getting painful to watch at times and us playing hoofball as lost its surprise element teams set up expecting it.lets mix things up a bit
Too many times we do the stupid of things imo . I keep telling myself it because we have a young side still learning but the same players do the same things time after time game after game just when do they start learning ?
Could work if Styles went into midfied with Mowatt and Kane, with Morris, Woodrow and Victor up front in a 4-3-3
Kane's overall performance isnt Championship quality slow and predictable. Much rather see Palmer in the midfield. I would push Styles into the middle and use Odour or Williams at wing back if palmer isnt fit for a while.
Certainly not the prettiest game of football(!) But, putting my optimistic hat on, a point away from home should never be sniffed at, neither should our first clean sheet in the league for quite a while. Mowatt was my MOTM. Not a great deal else to say, other than we're in the top half of the table, 6 points from the Play Off places and 13 points clear of the bottom three. On to our home game with Derby.
