We beat Bournemouth and Brentford with it, we should have beat Reading we had a hat full of chances and a legit goal disallowed. I agree its very direct and not great on the eye but its got results and I've seen us play the tippy tippy **** round the back 4 or the keeper taking a goal kick and passing it sideways to anderson putting us under pressure then conceding that was some of the most frustrating stuff I've ever seen.

 

Diffrent ball game in the play off when the players and manager know its **** or bust. Bournmouth just lost to wycombe did they not? Personally I'd rather we avoid Bournmouth over 2 legs.

 

I have to say that I agree with you. We have virtually no hope, in my opinion, of ever finishing in the top 2 of the Championship, unless we've just come down from the Premier League, have made some money and are in receipt of parachute payments. I wouldn't say it's now or never this season, but it's likely to be now or not for a long time. The play-offs is probably the best we'll ever do, if we haven't just been in the Premier League first, like Norwich and Watford.

 

Agee with the last bit if we don't go up I can only see the squad getting broke up and probley val aswell. Next season will then be very diffrent, we have massively over achieved to be where we are.
