Not sure how it could happen, but has the club somehow lost control of the shop -- could there be a third party involved in the purchase of goods?
Spot on, it is of course very important that they take the counterfeiting seriously but I wish they'd put this much effort in over the years to improve their own range.
I despair for the club shop tbh, its the buyer not the staff, most of it is over priced tatt. If they would only get some sensible stuff, ie clothing/ scarves made out of good stuff in an attractive design and sold them at a fair price they would sell loads more and even at a lower mark up would make more money due to volume. At the moment most of it just isn't worth the money even if you liked it I'm all for helping the club but most of it is rip off prices and running out of shirts at Christmas is just a joke.
