Exactly. He seemed to work hard when he was here. I don't know what he did behind the scenes or how well he did it, but the way the club engaged with supporters changed dramatically on his arrival. We went from hardly ever hearing a thing to actually getting a bit fed up of Ben he was talking to the media so much. He went to pubs and clubs around the town, he joined supporters on the walk to Bradford, putting himself in hospital in the process, and he did his best to sell the club to Barnsley folk. Maybe he wasn't your cup of tea, but he tried while he was here. He's got a better paid and more prestigious job. I wish him all the best.
