The pressure so far has got to Mahomes to try and out perform the GOAT. Case in point the last Chiefs drive he tried to leave as little time as possible at the end of the half and Bucs still got up the other end of the pitch for more points.
Brady showed that Mahomes has a long way to go to reach his level. It's pretty bad that the Chiefs couldn't get a TD and even had a blank quarter. To win by as much as 22 points is total dominance.
This one aged well. Phenomenal performance by the Bucs and Brady. Probably one of the most impressive in SuperBowl history in terms of how one-sided it was and how many records were broken. Nobody has done that to the Chiefs in over two years.
It did indeed. I still can’t stand Brady, the arrogant, kid snogging ******! I can’t help but wonder if Mahomes toe injury was worse than first thought. He was very unimpressive.
The best Brady stat has to be that he now has more SuperBowl wins than any NFL franchise even though he was only the 199th pick in the 2000 draft.
