    I had a few attempts at attempted murder cases, always ended up sec 18 or worse still sec 20. Had a few conspiracy to murders that got home. Which circuits do/have you worked on?

    Sounds familiar!

    Cracking Att Murder down to 18 and often sensible.

    Seeing more and more getting charged owing to prevalence of stabbings.

    I’ve always been on North East Circuit, Leeds baaed for 18 years and now in Stokesley just south of Boro covering Teesside, Durham and Newcastle where there is no shortage of serious crime!
