Only medal I have was a top four Play-Off winners Medal. I didn't play in the final but got it because I'd made appearances throughout the season. I never even knew the club had reached the final until they came back into tap room that Sunday afternoon with the cup.

Fastest loser isn't the correct terminology for a number of reasons. However, everyone knew what it meant. They knew it meant fastest non automatic qualifiers. But fastest non automatic qualifiers is overly long and cumbersome to say, particularly when fastest losers adequately expressed what was meant much more succinctly. We do this all the time and everyone is better for it. Or we used to, before the world went f***ing mental.

U15s Sunday league football I won the most improved player award. When I was presented with the trophy (obviously an old one), it was engraved with Most Promising Player, so as far as I'm concerned that's what it was actually for :p

Certainly not going to get into an argument about whether dance is a sport especially as its a significant element in the artistic gymnastics and you wouldnt get very far with rhythmic gymnastics if you cant dance

Dance covers a whole range though Ballroom Latin Jazz Disco Contemporary Ballet etc what was your style

Mrs F did Contemporary Dance as a hobby when at Uni and for some years after as well as some Jazz dance - I have no talent in that area unfortunately and refused to be dragged along, though Id give Ballroom a go if I could get one on one tuition with Amy Dowden or Nadiya Bychkova.

It was a mixture of street and jazz. We initially just had classes for fun and then started performing at various sports teams' matches and clubs then moved on to more formal competitions. I really, really miss it but don't really know what to do about it in my mid-30s as most classes are for kids or students or then much older people. I've tried ballroom a few times and quite enjoyed it but I get a bit bored after a while as it can be quite repetitive - the Latin dances are much more my thing but I don't really want to go alone and it's not really Will's thing.

I think improved player is a g poo d award, shows you've applied yourself anecdotes hard to make progress. You won't get to be a star player without improving!

Thats what happened to my Mrs as well, its a shame its not my thing either as it would be a good thing to do together and I am sure she would have kept it up if Id been going. I love going to watch it - almost all styles but especially contemporary or ballet but Im just not good at it so dont really enjoy doing it.

The annoying thing is, Will's actually a good dancer, he just feels really self-conscious. He enjoys dancing when he's had a drink but he just won't do it sober (except at our wedding). My ex used to refuse to dance, at all, and it was a real downer for me, to the point where meeting someone who would dance, at least on night outs, was a deal breaker.
