They are a disgrace to the town. Every player should hand over their earnings to the homeless people in the town.
Spirits being the operative word there for a swetty sock Jock. Its the right weather for Russia right now here in Normy Ian, its snowing like bloomin hell!!. Have you all got it as bad still up and down the county ?. And Lil, when you say your a happy clapper, I cant imagine you clapping and shaking a tambourine outside the Sally Army. (or is that not what a happy clapper is lol)
Set a new record today, left after 25 minutes. My lad was freezing and as he'd been a good lad this week I didn't make him stay any longer.
Acido. Baltic as hell here but no snow. Was at Tannadice today. Fortunately at hospitality so watched the game behind glass and very cozy. Piss poor game (1-1) So a very bad day all round for me.
Took me a good hour to warm up in the pub, despite the cars heater being full on. The West Stand with the wind and snow streaming in was like being in a fridge. Re. the game I was extremely disappointed. Millwall were poor. How they are undefeated in twelve beggars belief. They were there for the taking and we failed basically despite our overall possession and more shots on target, corners etc. Their Manager should have been sent to sit in the stands with his continual encroachment of the field; and in this respect the fourth official failed in his duties. It is a minimal complaint, but enjoying nevertheless.
looking like Sunderland gone and then any 2 from Burton, Brum, Reading and us, b4 the Norwich game I'd have said not us, now I can't see anyone but us. Desolate days......we call our destiny the alehouse league and I fear without a change of Plan we'll be there a while. The Plan relies on unearthing precious stones (see what I did there) that we can mould into diamonds.......sadly u can't polish a turd. It's getting harder to Believe!
When Mr BigLil feels downbeat it is seriously time to worry. The look and feel of the team today strongly suggests that the players are not buying in to Jose's message. These are not the megabuck earners that Morais is used to working with - most of them have come here in the hope and belief that they can develop and improve their lot via the coaching and development skills of Paul Heckingbottom. Their body language suggests that not only has that opportunity been taken from them, but that they don't believe that Jose's methods are likely to prove successful. The club legend and reformed older guiding spirit of the squad has been sidelined, and that cannot possibly have been a positive message for the younger players. Moreover, when you look at a game like today's you struggle to see a potential game changer in the mould of Hammill - even if he doesn't start a game. This is the wrong time and the wrong situation to be experimenting. The CEO and owners are presumably committed to Morais for this season in the interests of their credibility, but I don't know where that leaves us.
