Spot on. There are so many fouls which refs let go because they are in the penalty area which would be awarded any where else on the pitch.
Never a penalty. My lot behind the goal chuckled. Think even those who shouted for it out of desperation realised was not a penalty.
A lot of us were chuckling because we know that hell will freeze over before we get a penalty for an incident like that. I've seen similar penalties given against us. I've seen us get free kicks for similar things many many times.
Blatant penalty. Blatant red card for foul on scowen too. Didn't expect either to be given at the time though as the referee was inept
Well, when you have scored as many stupidly long range goals as I have, often from my own half. It's very hard to say what constitutes a 'goal-scoring opportunity'. Just the fact I get fouled in possession, is a very grey area...

Found a bit of old footage of you mate
I've heard you don't even need to have possession for you to score. I heard rumours you once scored a 30 yard overhead kick when you weren't even playing

Penalty. Wasn't a red, as keeper was always gonna get the ball, but the ball was in play & it was a clear barge.
Does that matter? A foul is a foul. Penalties can be given for off-the-ball incidents. Whether he would have got the ball or not would only be a consideration for the colour of any resulting card.
