    Just done the best coastal path in the uk for the second time. Elgol to Loch Coruisk via the bad step. Get it on your bucket list

    This has been us (to a lesser extent). Youngest still at home - but off in Sept and has been spending alot of time away.
    Not seen our eldest for weeks, definitely the longest time we’ve not seen her, but this week she asked if i wanted to go to Derby. I didn’t particularly want to go, but I reckoned it would be a great way to spend some time together.
    Other half wangled a ticket for Lincoln to watch the Owls, so we’re all meeting up at Sheffield station in the Tap before we catch the trains. Can’t wait.

    Yesterday was an absolute horror show on so many levels and numerous things I haven’t shared and won’t, at least for now. I’ve hardly slept through worry (and a little anger) and I simply need the next few days to be manageable and fate to be kind.

    Hopefully this time next week (or a bit earlier) I can contribute something positive.

    Good morning. At least the sun is shining and the Russians have agreed a temporary ceasefire so two cities can be evacuated. Hopefully there is some more good news over the weekend

    I am doing my 40 day 10 k challenge to raise money for Barnsley Hospice , I have now completed 32 consecutive days so with 8 days to go I am now on official count down , hope the weather is a bit kinder for the final push , fed up of the wind & rain but hey ho I will get there.

    Got up had a brew in my best Grandad in the world mug yes the sun is shining and hopefully fired will bring home 3pts for the reds. Trying to be more positive today thanks for all your replys and chin up Danny hope things improve soon.

    Maybe we could keep this or something similar going and when we see the subject come up atleast one of us could reply if someone is struggling I know yesterday helped me alot.
