    Logically, the owner of the debit card will have been refunded by his bank, because the transactions were fraudulent... so he/she can't claim to have bought the ticket either. No-one bought the ticket, not in a correct, legal sense.

    you need your wits about you to be a dodgy dealer don't you, imagine scratching 4 million win off then getting 18 months in the big house instead,its mind bending, made me think. I often get a scratchy when the wife as given me the card to go pay for petrol, If I won, would that get knocked back or would ar lass get the loot
