It's really nice to read good things that the supporters of other clubs are saying and
after last seasons disappointment to hear them, the media and our own supporters " bigging up"
our players. However let's not forget the input from Daniel Stendel, Andreas Winkler et al
in having the confidence in their own ability to get our team playing as they are so early in the season.
Have to say, I was mightily impressed with Stendels self control in what appeared to be
a series of insults and a stream of vitriol from Steve Evans. He ought to be cautioned by the FA as to his
future behaviour, because in my view it was totally unacceptable. Yesterday also evoked thoughts
of the saying " every dog has his day." It was well and truly ours yesterday. Well remember Barry Fry dancing
up the touchline at Oakwell when his Birmingham City side with Steve Claridge in it, absolutely thumped us
in a league fixture. Have to say, it was extremely satisfying to see the gob sh*te with his head in hands when our fourth goal zipped into their onion bag.
