Football ought to be more like wider society. When it's obvious a manager is down and his post match interviews have a dour monotone. He shouldn't be sacked straight away. If he's crap and making tactical boll acks week in week out and team is playing boring negative football, fair enough. However, if a decent head coach is clearly on a downer they should be placed on leave until they get their mojo back. Sometimes good coaches are lost. I don't think they can get better.
Off at a tangent slightly, but after seeing Darren Moore on Saturday, I think we've got the better bargain with Valerien. I think we can go further with VI in charge.
