When I phoned them to renew last year, they moved me on to a much cheaper package that still covered both me and my wife. I didn't even have to ask about it. Pity really, cos I do like a good haggling session...
I follow a friends lead - he always aims (and usually succeeds) to get all insurances utilities etc cheaper than he paid the previous year.
Don't you think it's wrong that we have to haggle though? I'd much rather have a set price for x product. I appreciate it's difficult with insurance, but it can't be that difficult.
